Terms & Conditions

Last updated October 19, 2026

These terms apply when you use our website and when you buy parts from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

About us

Pete's Truck Parts Depot is an independent supplier of replacement, OEM-numbered and custom parts for Peterbilt trucks. Peterbilt® and Peterbilt model names are trademarks of Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR company, and are used on this site only to describe fitment. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Peterbilt Motors Company or PACCAR. Other brand names on this site belong to their respective manufacturers.

Quotes, orders and prices

  • Prices on the website are list prices in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Prices marked “From” are starting prices for products available in more than one configuration.
  • An order is formed only when we send you a confirmed quote, you approve it, and we receive payment. A cart or quote request is not an order.
  • If a price or product detail on the site is wrong, we’ll tell you before you approve your quote. We may decline or cancel an order affected by an error, and we’ll refund anything you’ve paid for it.
  • Applicable sales tax and shipping are shown in your quote.

Product information and fitment

We work to describe every part accurately. Product details, measurements and photos are based on manufacturer information; photos may show finishes or accessories that aren’t included, so the part description and your quote are what count. Model fitment shown on a product page is a guide — the most reliable confirmation is the one our team provides against your VIN before you order.

Availability

Stock levels change throughout the day. Availability and lead times are confirmed in your quote.

Payment

Payment methods are agreed when you approve your quote. You confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Warranty & Fitment Guarantee form part of these terms.

Installation, safety and legal compliance

Truck parts should be installed by a qualified technician following the manufacturer’s instructions. You’re responsible for making sure the parts you install — including lighting — comply with the laws and regulations that apply to your vehicle where you operate it.

Using our website

  • Don’t misuse the site — for example, by attempting to break its security, overload it, or collect data from it with automated tools.
  • The site’s design, text and graphics belong to Pete's Truck Parts Depot or are used with permission. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
  • Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we aren’t responsible for their content.

Disclaimer

The website is provided “as is.” Warranties for the parts we sell are set out in our Warranty; except for those and any warranties the law doesn’t let us exclude, we make no other warranties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a part is limited to the amount you paid us for that part, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, downtime, towing or rental costs. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled by the courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date at the top, applies to orders placed after that date.
